We are looking for Sales Expert to join our team for our headquarters in Jersey City NJ.
You will be a part of new and upcoming sales squad, working closely with multiple
teams to optimize messaging and customer touch points to help drive sales. To be
successful in this role individual must have broad understanding of customer
environments, possess strong written and oral and presentation skills and have proven
success working in complex sales environments, utilizing resources across multiple
organizations to achieve sales results.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Expert you will work with Ishis Delivery & Strategic Directors and business

stake holders to:
  • Develop target markets based on our existing and new solution offerings, through
extensive market research and competitive analysis.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and present Ishi's offerings and solutions in Big Data,
Performance Engineering and Distributive Computing space to Clevel executives of
targeted markets.
  • Excellent networking skills to generate new clientele and build business leads
through various channels.
  • Experience in driving end to end solutions and services deals in a businessto
business environment.
  • Work closely with practice teams to design customized solutions that address the
clients needs, present solution fit, negotiate complex agreements and follow
through to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with stake holders and projects support teams across Ishi to help
enhance project features by leveraging your market expertise.
Required Skills
  • 10 years of successful experience in selling enterprise and managed solutions in a
fast paced market environment.
  • B.S./B.A or MBA/M.S in Sales and Marketing and from a reputed university.
  • Building and delivering customized projects in Distributive Computing, Big data,
Performance Engineer and Realtime Systems are highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the major firms, institutions and, ideally, preexisting friendly
relationships within a number of these organizations.
  • Ability to understand and articulate business problems and propose strategic and
technical solutions to them.
  • Analyzing sales performance, pipeline, and other sales metrics to enable business
decisions and identify market trends.
  • Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Desired Skills
  • Selling solutions and services in financial, pharma and insurance industries are highly
desired.
  • Understanding Sales 2.0 model is a plus.
Success Criteria
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding the set annual sales targets.
  • Should be a strong strategic thinker, analytical executor, outstanding relationship
partner who thrives on change and has a cando attitude.
  • Must have strong teamwork and collaboration skills, but be able to work
independently with little supervision.
  • Must have great attention to detail.
